The services are live over HTTPS. OpenAI directory listings are pending review, so this site does not offer a public ChatGPT install link yet.
Desktop and mobile
These services perform computation on the server and do not require Python, Chrome storage, or a local computer. Actual access depends on your chat client’s MCP support and account settings. Native ChatGPT mobile and desktop workflows must be validated before availability is claimed.
Custom MCP setup
If your client supports custom MCP connections, choose Streamable HTTP with no authentication. These are public stateless calculation services: they do not retrieve private accounts or retain your data. Review our privacy policy before sending an export or journal.

Inputs and limits
Exports: one current or legacy GPTandME CSV or JSON backup, up to 128 KiB, 5,000 rows, and 3,661 dates. Journal snapshots: at most 500 entries. Tool request bodies: 256 KiB. Requests are rate-limited. Choose a smaller export if a limit is reached.
Keeping files
Reports and journal snapshots return their contents. Save them with your chat host’s file tools or copy them yourself. Nothing is synchronized between devices; supply the latest snapshot when continuing elsewhere.
